Two cooperating trawlers specialize in fishing for "small pelagics", including anchovy. The products are chilled with ice-cold seawater and immediately packaged in polystyrene crates.

The constant communication between the fishermen and the commercial service makes it possible to know the size (number of fish per kg), the quantity, and the quality of the product for each fishing line.

Upon receipt of the information by the sales team, the products are offered for sale for delivery the same day.
